We are looking for a Retail Manager for long standing retail store in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week
Working with a large product range you'll be aiming to support your team to deliver 100% customer satisfaction every day.
As Store Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the shop as well working hands on within the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing of the shop
- Supervision of staff
- Daily banking
- Training new members of staff
- Stock ordering
- Serving customers
- Replenishing the shop
Experience and skills required:
- Previous experience in retail management
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience managing a team
In return, you will receive a salary of £18.5 – 24K, depending on experience. This position is Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week but you may be required to work some occasional Sundays (will receive a day off in lieu).
