We're looking for someone to join the Personnel Placements Team as a Recruitment Advisor (12-Month Maternity Contract)
As the Recruitment Advisor you'll act as the crucial link between businesses seeking exceptional talent and candidates searching for their next opportunity. From building lasting relationships with clients to supporting candidates every step of the way, this is a role where no two days are the same. We're a small team that works creativity and collaboratively to support each other on recruitment projects.
Working hours are 9-5.30 pm, Monday to Friday with some home working on a 12-month maternity contract, offering a salary of £25,000–£27,000 depending on your experience. Holidays start at 22 days plus Bank Holidays.
Our Recruitment Advisor role includes:
- Sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates to match client needs.
- Creating engaging job adverts and managing responses.
- Organising interviews, negotiating offers and finalising placements.
- Building strong relationships with clients and identifying sales opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records, updating vacancy boards, and coordinating payroll processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- Previous recruitment experience (preferred but not essential).
- Someone proactive, driven, and passionate about helping others succeed.
