We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Receptionist on a Maternity contract likely last up to 12 months and ideally start in June 2022 for our client based in Shaftesbury, Dorset. This is a full time role working Monday-Friday.
You will be responsible for covering the reception desk and providing administrative support for the office, other responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting any visitors that come into the office
- Offering refreshments
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to emails
The successful Receptionist will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a friendly and professional approach to work
- Experience working in customer services
- Happy to work in a busy office
The salary for this role is up to £20,500 Per Annum depending on experience and you will be working Monday-Friday.
