Are you looking for a new role in a lovely location? Our client based in Shaftesbury, Dorset is looking for a Receptionist, this is a Full Time Permanent role working Monday-Friday. Although this role is mainly based in the Shaftesbury office you will have some flexibility to go to their other offices in Gillingham and Warminster to cover sickness/holidays.
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for being the first to process all incoming calls as well as:
- To assist with the running of the office
- Log all calls correctly
- Use a switchboard system
- Welcoming visitors into the office
- Provide refreshments
- To assist and support the Administration Department
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Feel confident in answering/making calls
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Good knowledge of IT systems
As the Receptionist, you will receive a salary of £20,500 per annum
