Our client based in central Salisbury is seeking a personable Part time Receptionist to join their vibrant team. You will be the forefront of the company and will be required to  provide administrative and facilities support throughout the company, in particular acting as the first point of contact for visitors to the office.

Your main duties as a Receptionist will include:

  • To ensure the smooth day to day running of the office, to include:
  • Maintaining the reception diary and greeting visitors entering the office in a polite, professional and friendly manner, following correct booking in and health & safety procedures and directing them to the correct destination/person
  • Monitoring visitor/staff access and maintaining security awareness, to include issuing access control security passes, maintaining logs for security passes and office keyholders
  • Organising weekly car park rota, administering car park fobs and maintaining a log 
  • Monitoring and ensuring that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image
  • Monitoring Boardroom and Meeting Room bookings and ensuring the rooms are kept tidy and stocked with supplies and equipment
  • Organising catering and refreshments for meetings
  • Monitoring stock usage and purchasing office stationery and kitchen supplies using the corporate credit card
  • Raising purchase orders for all other purchases
  • Liaising with landlord’s managing agent to report faults and monitor remedial work to communal areas
  • Maintaining logs and Health and Safety records
  • Covering for Operations Assistant when absent

This is a part time permanent role based on a 25 hour week, salary £16,000 FTE (Pro-rata for part time hours)
