Our client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Project Administrator to join their team. You will be key to making sure that everything runs smoothly.  Working behind the scenes you will be involved in a variety of tasks that will include general office processes, arranging travel, liaising with suppliers/clients, researching new software, and QC of internal documents.

No two days will be the same and to enjoy this role you will need to be someone who can quickly adapt to change and who loves to make things happen.  Attention to detail will be vital, along with the ability to research, understand, and learn new things. 

This varied, and sometimes fast-paced role will have you working within a supportive, friendly team who thrive on providing creative solutions for clients to the highest standard possible…whilst having fun doing it!

As a Project Administrator, you will be involved in tasks including:

  • Undertake support activities necessary for the efficient and timely execution of projects including liaising with clients on administrative aspects of projects
  • Assist with the project planning and execution of client meetings including travel and logistics and liaison with hotels and restaurants
  • Perform quality control checks on documents and presentations generated by colleagues (internal and external) to ensure consistency and accuracy of style, content, format, spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure adherence to agreed project timelines, including adjusting and updating timelines as agreed with clients
  • Liaise with associates and suppliers as per project requirements
  • Assist in the timely and accurate development and issue of project budgets, invoices, purchase orders and reconciliations
  • Input materials and references then manage the process and amendments in association with the editorial and client service teams

To be successful in the role of Project Administrator you will need to have:

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Confident, friendly and professional manner internally and with clients
  • Exceptional communication skills both in person and in writing
  • Proactive working style
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to utilise online tools
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience or qualifications in the bioscience sphere is desirable but not essential
