We are recruiting for a Production Quality Manager for our client based on the outskirts of Salisbury, Wiltshire. This role is for a 18month Fixed Term Contract. You will be required to provide leadership and communication to improve QA.
As the Production Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing budgets
- Develop and implement on going Quality Improvement Plans
- Meeting KPIs
- Ensure the Quality Risk Management system supports product impact assessments
- Ensure the batch review release system is effective
- Negotiate with senior stakeholders
To be the successful Production Quality Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
- Educated to a degree level in Science or equivalent
- Previous experience in managing teams
- Experience of operating/managing quality systems for compliance
- Capable of identifying potential products
In return, the successful Production Quality Manager will receive a salary of circa £45,000
