Are you looking for a new role working for an established company that has been running for 100 years? Our client is recruiting for a Production Operative based in Mere, Wiltshire. This is a Full Time Permanent role working Monday-Friday on a shift pattern basis 1 week earlies and 1 week of lates.
As the Production Operative, you will be working alongside the Manufacturing Engineering Manager as well as:
- Ensuring all Machines are running to the agreed standards
- Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Complete all relevant paperwork
- Fault finding and informing the relevant person
The successful Production Operative will have the following skills and experience:
- Previously worked in a manufacturing environment
- Have a flexible approach
- Good communication skills
- Previously followed GMP
The starting salary for this role is £20,363 due to rise after completion of your probationary period.

You will be working on a shift pattern basis of Early shift 6am-2pm Monday-Thursday 6am-1pm on a Friday, Late shift 2pm-10pm Monday-Thursday 2pm-8pm on a Friday.
