Working in a small team based just outside of Salisbury, the Part Time Secretary will be providing secretarial support. as well as dealing with accounts administration. You will be a whizz on excel and used to dealing with numbers as you will be generating invoices, managing expenses. Although the majority of the secretarial support is managed elsewhere in the team the Part Time Secretary will support with typing from dictation, organising travel and flights, meeting and greeting visits to the estate office and general organisation.
Based in a gorgeous, rural location, the team support a property and business investment company owner and you will have contact with their overseas office too.
As the Part Time Secretary you will need to be adaptable, have strong admin skills and experience working in an accounts/bookkeeping environment.
We are looking for someone to work 18-20 hours per week, ideally over 3 afternoons - however there is flexibility with hours. Salary is also negotiable. Confidence in dealing with people and the capability of dealing with changing demands is essential.
Due to location, your own transport is ideally needed.
