We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager with strong customer service leadership experience to oversee day-to-day operations, support business efficiency, lead teams and ensure that service remains exceptional.
As the new Operations Manager, you'll be based at the office in Newbury but there are opportunities to work on a hybrid remote basis to suit business needs. Salary is CIRCA £43K - negotiable depending on your experience. 36 days holiday - inclding 8 bank holidays.
Responsibilities as the Operations Manager includes:

Manage daily operations and operational efficiency.

Lead and develop administration and finance teams.

Manage customer service delivery and client satisfaction.

Oversee budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting.

Implement operational processes and workflows.

Ensure compliance with regulations and building control standards.

Coordinate marketing activities including website and social content.

Manage CRM systems, IT operations, data protection and GDPR compliance.

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics.

Lead training, onboarding and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven team leadership and customer service management is key for this role as well as:

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Competence in CRM systems, IT management and process improvement.

Financial literacy including reporting and budgeting.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
