Joining this Andover based manufacturing company as a Die Caster you will need previous experience of working as a foundry operator and/or Die Caster and have an industrial metal working background.
In this role you will also need to demonstrate flexibility as you will be trained in multiple processes across the manufacturing floor.
This is a set day shift position working Mondays to Fridays with an early finish on Friday
Your main duties and key responsibilities as the Die Caster/Foundry Operator will be:
Setting up and running machines to achieve a quality approved product
Working with manual or semi-automatic die casting machines to manufacturer aluminium products.
Working with lifting equipment and ladles of molten aluminium up to 10kg in weight.
You will need a good level GCSE’s or equivalent qualification, have good numeracy skills, the ability to visually monitor quality and be able to follow procedures accurately.
