We are supporting this local law firm with the recruitment of a Family Lawyer / Legal Executive to provide a high standard of client care across matrimonial and Family matters, including Divorce and Finances.
Your role as the Family Lawyer / Legal Executive will involve arranging appointments with new, current and former clients and dealing with their queries including obtaining instructions and advising on course of action, length and cost. You will be assessing financial means and explaining of Legal Aid or Private terms. Making applications for Legal Aid or obtaining private funds as appropriate, attending clients at Court, drafting correspondence to client, court, solicitors counsel and other third parties will also be part of your role.
We are looking for candidates with excellent analytical and organisational skills a committed team player, capable of adapting well to new challenges and a genuine passion for family law.
The Family Lawyer / Legal Executive will also need the following:
Qualified Solicitor or ILEX Accredited ideally 3 year + PQE
Must have a valid Practicing Certificate at the time of applying.
Particular experience of dealing with Divorce and Finances.
Full clean Driving Licence essential.
Have experience dealing with Legal Aid.
