As the Commercial Insurance Account Manager your role will be to provide support to Commercial and Personal clients, delivering the best customer service to manage new business as well as administering existing accounts and renewals in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Your main responsibilities will be to respond to inquiries from clients, brokers and underwriters by phone, letter and email. You will need to ensure you fully understand the needs of the client by identifying their requirements and providing them with a comprehensive quote which involves maintaining an accurate record of the assessment of the clients’ awareness of risk and insurance as well as their circumstances and objectives.
You will of course maintain client relationships and advise them of renewals and provide updates,

- Experience within the insurance sector is essential
- Confident IT user
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Happy working in a small team
