In your role as HR Manager, you’ll develop & lead employee engagement plan and ensure leadership capability to deliver strategy. Develop & support managers in all aspects of people management as well as provide expert advice to Managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters and people management issues, including discipline, grievance, capability, restructuring and performance management.
Other parts of the role as the HR Manager will include:
- HR Policy and procedure review, documentation and recommendations to Senior Management
- Working with the operations team, ensure that the company remains compliant with Employment law and Ethical Trade guidelines
- Financial responsibility for any associated overhead budgets
- Ensure the motivation, engagement and development of your direct reports and in turn their reports with clear objectives, regular performance reviews
