We are looking for a HR Business Partner to work for an organisation based near Battle, Kent (This is a fixed term contract until April 2021)

 

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be providing expert HR, recruitment, training & development and staff welfare advice and support across the organisation. You will be responsible for helping in guiding and supporting the Executive Team and Trustees, overseeing people-related matters, policies and programmes. 

 

As HR Business Partner you will be providing robust and effective leadership and will play a key role in devising and leading change, setting and managing budgets and performance measures, giving counsel and overseeing complex employee relations issues such as grievance and disciplinary cases. You will manage recruitment and retention initiatives that support the needs of the organisation with specific emphasis on retaining key staff by promoting rewarding career paths.

 

You will ideally have a background of working within a care related industry or educational environment and possess strong leadership qualities as well as be confident working within a large corporation. The HR Business Partner will have significant experience of change management and employee relations. 

 

A degree-level qualification or equivalent with post-graduate CIPD qualification in HRM or HRD FCIPD is essential or you should hold an equivalent qualification with previous HR team or department leadership experience. You’ll also have a broad experience across the range of HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, payroll & pensions, performance and conduct management; experience of leading and implementing HR strategies and change management.
