We'd like you to have some HR casework experience - for example managing grievance, disciplinary and absence. Good Employment Law knowledge is also needed and the ability to draft contracts and policies in line with legislation. An understanding of HR Systems, e.g. BreatheHR, would be an advantage.
There is some flexibility with hours but you must be happy to work onsite at our offices as business needs demand.
We’re looking ideally for candidates with a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and a solid track record in HR, particularly in managing employee relations cases. But most importantly, we’re after someone who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment and is eager to support a variety of businesses.
