You'll be joining a busy metal manufacturing company as the new Health and Safety Administrator. The company, based between Salisbury and Romsey, are metal fabricators working with and supplying businesses across the South. As the Health and Safety Administrator, you will work with the management team to maintain ongoing health and safety requirements and develop existing practices. You'll also lead the implementation of best practice within the workforce.

As the Health and Safety Administrator your typical duties could include:

  • liaising with H&S consultants
  • recording H&S issues and pro-actively addressing requirements as identified
  • delivering toolbox talks on a regular basis addressing any issues identified and reinforcing good practice
  • maintaining training data and organising in house training
  • maintaining PPE stock 
  • delivering new employee induction
  • completing risk assessments

We really like to hear from you if you have previous experience in a Health and Safety role and a relevant health and safety qualifications e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent
