We are supporting a small, family run financial and mortgage services to find an experienced Financial Administrator to join their team.

You’ll be working to support a Financial Planner and Mortgage Advisor with all aspects of administration. As the Financial Administrator you’ll be working in a fast paced and demanding role but you’ll be doing really interesting and varies work.

You will need to have proven experience within an administration based role as well as be able to confidently speak to people by phone as the administrator will be processing new business applications and have regular contact with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status. You will also be booking client appointments, dealing with incoming calls, emails and posts.

Keeping the system updated and accurately maintained as well completely all relevant compliance work will be an essential part of your role.

This is a great role for an experienced administrator and previous experience working in financial or mortgage services company would of course be advantageous but we are also looking for someone who can work to time deadlines and who is happy to work in a small team.

There is some flexibility with start times for the right person and salary is £20-25000 per annum depending on experience.
