We are Recruiting for an Electrical Mechanical Engineer for our client based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. Due to expansion of their business, they are seeking an on site Service and Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical / Mechanical background. You will be reporting to the head office in Salisbury Wiltshire.
You will be responsible for the installation, service and repair of industrial equipment and machinery situated across the UK. Your role may also include occasional visits to Europe (when permitted in the future). You will also provide the customer with basic training on how to use the equipment. You will also assist the manufacturing team with electrical wiring, control panel and machine build, and assembly activities as required in house.
Duties will include not limited to:
- Travelling throughout the UK to carry out urgent repair work within 24-48hours notice. Company vehicle provided.
- Arranging and attending servicing calls for all machines throughout the UK.
- Providing face to face training on the mechanics of the machines.
- Assist with machine build.
To be successful in the position you will have the following:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Electrical Mechanical Engineer.
- Exceptional fault finding skills.
- Have experience with face to face interaction with customers.
- 18th Edition BS 7671 Wiring Regulations Qualification.
- A problem solver, along with being positive and keen to get things done.
This is a Permanent role; The successful candidate will receive a salary between £29-£35k per annum.
