In your new role as Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries related to service and repairs via telephone, website and digital channels. Additionally, you will drive outbound marketing activity to existing customers, identify their needs and provide exceptional customer service. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers are aware of all available products, promotions and services.
  • Assist customers with requests, including parts and repair information.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently, aligning with team availability.
  • Proactively convert provided leads into business opportunities (no cold calling required).
  • Respond to technical inquiries in an accessible manner or direct customers to the appropriate expert.
  • Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate to the appropriate Manager when necessary.
  • Keep customer records up to date and ensure accurate transaction documentation.

What you’ll need in this role:

Exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to engage and assist customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
A professional and confident telephone manner.
Ability to resolve issues efficiently and follow through on customer queries.
A proactive team player who works collaboratively with colleagues.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
