Customer Services & Sales Support Executive
Are you a highly organised, self-motivated customer service professional looking for a part time role with real variety and genuine ownership? Personnel Placements is recruiting a Customer Services & Sales Support Executive on behalf of a small, close-knit business of around 12 people, where every team member makes a visible, direct impact. This is a hands-on, office-based role supporting a busy sales team, perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, thrives on variety and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible on hours, this role as the new Customer Services & Sales Support Executive can be worked across a minimum of 4 days per week, with the potential to start on a temporary-to-permanent basis or move straight into a permanent position.
What You'll Be Doing

Acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email

Processing customer enquiries and quotations accurately and efficiently

Supporting the sales team with administration, order tracking, and follow-ups

Maintaining and updating customer records and the CRM system

Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment

Handling and resolving customer queries promptly and professionally

Assisting with general office administration as required

Identifying opportunities to support ongoing sales and customer retention
