We are working with a unique local company that would like you to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor.
Ideally, you will have a bit of mechanical understanding but enthusiasm is more important as you will be fully trained. As the Customer Service Advisor, you will need good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Are these some of your skills?
- Answer calls and emails from retail and trade customers
- Aid customer decision making with some technical advice
- Liaise with people in other departments
- Accurately input orders onto the computer system
