You'll be looking after the supporters of this Salisbury based charity in your role as Customer Service Administrator where you'll be the first point of contact for supporters, and central to the success of supporter care.
Working 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to work one day from home, the Customer Service Administrator will be in touch with the charities' supporters, ensuring efficient processing of donations, income & data, and accurately maintaining the database records to ensure the smooth running of the supporter care team, creating a positive experience for the supporters.
