Our Andover Client is looking for a Customer Relations and External Communications professional to join their growing team. You will be immediately Responsible to the Business Manager and be the customer facing aspect of the business, managing all social media platforms, PR and customer service. Establish and maintain relationships with the press and media via all mediums.
Your responsibilities within this role will include:
- On a daily basis deal with all customer enquiries
- On a daily basis monitor and interact with all social media, responding to questions, adding relevant posts
- Write and develop all social media posts for the business across all platforms
- Manage and escalate complaints, as appropriate, maintaining ownership
- Ownership of social media and PR for the business
- Write and implement a PR strategy's
- Write and implement a social media strategy's
- Engage with and grow the social media
- Find relevant and new opportunities(i.e. press/speaking/radio)
- Establish new routes of communication for potential customer
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will be need the following skills and qualities:
- Happy to take ownership of the role
- Professional PR and social media background
- Attention to detail with strong literacy skills
- Current working knowledge of all social media platforms
- Current working knowledge of PR, ideally in women’s health
- Experience in a similar role
- Educated to a minimum of degree level or equivalent
- Inquisitive
- Understand the importance of excellent customer service and a great user experience
- Passionate and enthusiastic
