Customer Service Agent – Inbound & Outbound

Salary is £29,650 per annum + uncapped commission and working hours are 37.5 hours per week | 5-day rota including 1 weekend day (day off in lieu). 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, Health cash plan, gym discounts, cycle to work scheme and ongoing development and training are all part of the benefits you'll receive!
Key responsibilities as the Inbound Customer Service Agent will include:

Handle inbound calls from prospective customers who’ve requested information

Explain services, pricing, and product benefits clearly and confidently

Maintain accurate records in CRM and payment systems

Identify vulnerable customers and refer to appropriate support channels

Meet or exceed individual targets (calls, sales, quality scores)

Respond to occasional inbound emails and enquiries

Ensure strict adherence to FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures
and for the Outbound Customer Service Agent:

Make outbound calls to warm leads (enquiries via phone, web, or post)

Clearly explain services, pricing, and support next steps with customers

Follow up promptly on all leads within agreed SLAs

Maintain and update CRM, payment, and tracking systems

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and conversion targets

Support the team with ad-hoc administrative or sales-related tasks
Requirements:

Telesales experience (inbound or outbound B2C)

Strong communication and active listening skills

Resilient, empathetic, and highly motivated

Comfortable working to KPIs and adapting to change
