A varied and busy role working with a Salisbury based business as their After Sales Manager. You will be managing the aftersales department & ensuring customers experience excellent service.
The After Sales Manager will be working with engineers to organise, book, complete and accurately record remedial work to new and all existing projects. Part of your challenge will be to ensure outstanding issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible .
We're looking for experience of working with clients, suppliers, contractors and our engineers as well as forward planning, resource management and team motivational skills.
As the After Sales Manager your day to day will also include:
Maintenance of records and documents as well as introducing improvements to process flow
Development of service improvement plans
Working with internal departments to ensure best possible customer solutions.
Salary is £32,000
