Temporary Administrator
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and takes pride in being organised, efficient and providing excellent support to colleagues and customers. The role will primarily focus on providing essential administrative support to the wider business, with responsibility for providing reception and front-of-house cover when required. This position is expected to be needed for approximately 3 months.
The Role
As the Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Providing general administrative support to the wider team and helping ensure the smooth running of the reception area.

Completing data entry, updating records and maintaining accurate databases and filing systems.

Preparing, formatting and processing documents, correspondence and other paperwork.

Handling incoming and outgoing post, courier deliveries and general correspondence.

Scanning, copying, filing and organising documents and maintaining effective administrative systems.

Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings and diary management where required.

Coordinating meeting room bookings and helping prepare rooms for visitors and meetings.

Ordering and maintaining office supplies and stationery.

Answering incoming telephone calls, directing enquiries and taking accurate messages when required.

Providing reception and front-of-house cover, greeting visitors and customers with a friendly and professional approach.
About You

You will ideally have:

Previous administration or office support experience.

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).

A professional, friendly and confident telephone manner.

The ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied and busy workload.

A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A flexible approach and willingness to provide reception support when required.
