We have a fantastic opportunity to join a technical team based in Salisbury which is the first port of call for providing cloud infrastructure consultancy, architecture, and engineering services to prospective clients. The team is looking for a Administrator to support the Technical Team Manager in the daily administration of their Technical Support Services and provide technical support to internal staff.
This role is offering a salary of £23,000 - £26,000 depending on your experience and working 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday.
In your new role as the Administrator, you will:
- Manage IT Assets.
- Receive and manage internal support requests.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Interact with suppliers.
- Maintain and order stock.
- Send out quotes.
- Provide general administrative support for the helpdesk and relevant departments as needed.
- Offer basic IT troubleshooting.
- Keep accurate records and produce monthly statistical reports.
- Regular visits to company offices in Southampton and Bristol.
- Assist with monthly finance reports.
The successful Administrator will have a high level of attention to detail and an excellent level of literacy and numeracy. You will have a strong background in administration – 1st line support experience is desirable but not essential.
