In your new role as the Office Administrator you will be assisting the operations team with the highest standards of administration and customer service.  We would love to speak to dynamic, enthusiastic and driven individuals with the ability to manage a variety of tasks, and with strong communication skills as you will be liaising with customers, partners and supporting the whole team with the delivery of exceptional admin & operational support.

We have a full job description we can share with you but your accountabilities as the Office Administrator will include:

  • Supporting quality & service requirements across the installation and service teams
  • Monitoring and driving exceptional customer service standards through effective KPI’s
  • Working as part of the operations team to ensure timely & effective customer service
