You’ll be working in a team of 6 in your role as the new Administrator and be working in a varied and busy administration role and supporting customers both face to face and on the phone.
As the Administrator, you’ll be meeting customers in person to check their identification and set their accounts up to manage payments.
Some of your customers will be managing their account online so you may need to provide assistance with online transactions so you will spend time on the phone answering queries and talking them through the process step by step, so a patient telephone manner is a must.
As well as day to day support administration, the Administrator also looks after the mail, processes payments and is the first point of contact for any visitors to the building.
- Producing sales documentation.
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails from customers and answering any queries they may have.
- Supporting all departments with database administration, entering customer detailsand sales information.
- Helping out in other departments when needed.
