Your next role working with a top property agency supporting the department as their new Administrator. You’ll be joining a professional and trusted Salisbury team of experienced property managers, surveyors and agents.

You’ll be dealing with telephone and reception enquiries as well as taking minutes at meetings, subsequent transcribing and circulation and managing diaries for the Management team.

We’d really like to speak with you and tell you more about the Administrator role if you have some secretarial based experience with audio typing. Attention to detail and accurate record keeping skills are also needed.

As the new Administrator your tasks will also include:

  • Forwarding telephone calls to appropriate members of staff, taking full and accurate messages and emailing details to the appropriate person.
  • Being a helpful point of contact and organising solutions for minor management problems in buildings, dealing with contractors/tenants when surveyors/assistants are not available.
  • Preparing templates and reports.
  • Updating management schedule of properties for surveyors.
  • Filing in paper files and electronic formats.
  • Managing the electronic filing database in conjunction with other secretaries.
