Administration Team Leader

You'll be joining a long established company with a trusted name in their field as the new Administration Team Manager, overseeing two internal teams and work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure the smooth delivery of  services. You'll focus on workflow coordination, service delivery and process improvement.

As the new Administration Team Manager, annual salary starts at £35,000, with the opportunity to increase through development opportunities. a discretionary bonus scheme, generous pension scheme and comprehensive benefits. You'll be working in a supportive, friendly and professional office environment - Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The role is fully office-based, with no hybrid working.

Key responsibilities as the Administration Team Leader includes:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across two internal teams.

  • Collaborate with expert associates and head office staff to prioritise tasks, resolve issues, and implement practical action plans.

  • Oversee timely handling of urgent and complex enquiries.

  • Manage external quality assurance processes for both incoming and outgoing reviews.

  • Prepare, analyse, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Senior Management Team.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a team leader or management role.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional and approachable telephone manner.

  • Ability to perform well under moderate pressure.

  • Competence in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • A collaborative, team-focused approach.
