We are supporting a local Salisbury property business with the recruitment of an experienced Accounts Administrator. Ideally you will be level 3 AAT or equivalent qualified and have all round experience.

As the Accounts Administrator you will be working in a small team. Your day to day will include paying clients and send statements, reconciling bank statements, dealing with supplier invoices as well as preparing and completing VAT returns and issuing annual reports to clients who request them for their tax returns. This role will keep you busy and will involve speaking to clients and dealing with property based finance, tenant fees, insurance and management fees.

To excel in this role you will have a good understanding and previous experience in accounting, be adept in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet and have awareness of the need for data integrity as well as an accounting qualification – ideally AAT Level 3 or equivalent.

Salary for this role is £28,000 plus - depending on experience
