A well-established, independent Salisbury based Estate Agent are looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to join their friendly, professional team. This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
As the successful candidate, you will be working on the commercial property side of the business. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Administration of client accounts and reporting back to relevant property managers
- Tenant arrears management
- Administration of service charges and reconciliation
- Maintenance of the database
- Answer email and phone queries from clients, tenants, suppliers and colleagues
We are looking for a candidate who has worked in a similar position previously, property experience would be beneficial. You will have excellent IT skills with a good understanding of systems. The ability able to prioritise work to ensure deadlines are kept is key to being successful in this role.
