Account Manager

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to support an expanding sales team and join a small family run engineering company based on the outskirts of Salisbury. In your new role as the Account Manager you will manage all incoming sales calls, generate new sales leads, provide product/services information, primary liaison for on the road sales team and provide excellent customer relationship management.

As the Account Manager you will also:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
