Account Manager

As the Account Manager. you'll be instrumental in supporting the sales and compliance teams. Fluent in both written and spoken French, you'll serve as a vital point of contact for customers, retailers, and distributors. Your role will involve precise administration, effective planning, and clear communication to facilitate sales to customers and contribute to the company mission of building a renowned brand and fostering a fantastic workplace culture.

Responsibilities as the new Account Manager.will include:

  • Translate materials into French and other languages when appropriate, leveraging your linguistic skills.
  • Address website and email inquiries in local languages to ensure efficient communication.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as completing customer forms and updating selected customer websites with promotional content and product details.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with distributor sales teams, providing necessary tools and marketing materials to enhance sales.
  • Facilitate the distribution network by administering, approving, and rejecting applicants in line with compliance criteria.
  • Input key Point-of-Sale (POS) requests and track their delivery timelines using internal systems.
  • Handle general phone inquiries and ensure proper resolution or redirection.
  • Coordinate and participate in trade shows within the UK and EU as required.
  • Develop databases of potential retailers and other target groups.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general IT skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Capacity to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
